ALL-IN-CRM offers Partner functionality for collaborating with other businesses or individuals who support your operations. Partners may include wholesalers, vendors, suppliers, and more. Each Partner has unique login credentials and the ability to manage their customers’ status. Partners can add new customers manually or import them in bulk.
CRM employees can import new customers to CRM using the Partner Name, automatically assigning them to the respective partner. Partners can also be assigned to customers based on geographical areas (Country, state, ZIP, radius of interest) or manually by designated managers with special roles.
